Nice job but sorta suffers from "been done"

Not the game play, per say. I like the way you've done the "waves" gameplay and whatnot. The whole "terraforming a planet" and creating a civilization while defending it is a GREAT idea. However there are certain things that take just forever to have money for. Power stations for one. Heck even the turrets are a bit on the pricy side. But even with that I still want to play more.

The reason I say "been done" is the whole "george bush is evil monster" (you know what I'm talking about... dubyah?) concept. Don't get me wrong, I am glad this guy is out of office and I can't wait to see what Obama will do for our country but I really don't think we need to hear about Bush anymore. I say discard him like yesterdays trash. I do like that you make the names changeable though. Very nice touch. Trust me though, this really didn't draw me away from playing, just a peeve of mine.

Really I only took some points because of the unbalanced money problem. If you could find a way to fix that up, this could easily be 5/5 10/10. But for now I must give you 3/5 and a 7/10. Keep up the good work and I hope this was helpful.

It's funny to see all the reviews complaining about the difficulty of the game. Noobs....

Difficulty is fine, learn2play. Seriously....just because you cant beat it in your first few tries doesn't mean the game is not balanced. I sailed thru pretty much on just my 2nd try.

Cool game albeit unbalanced

I thought it was a cool little RTS/building sim, but thought that it was a bit unbalanced. Either not enough money is earned or the items are too expensive to buy, I was never able to completely terraform my planet very far because of this because I couldn't afford to buy enough turrets or power plants as time progressed... fun game though despite the balancing issue.

I love this game , but its so hard to get power stations. It takes ages to get enough money and the time it takes to terraform the planet is ridiculous

Found a bug.

I enjoy the game, but I've found a bug. If you play and fail, then replay, the cost to upgrade your city remains the same. For instance, to go from level 1 to level 2 is $100, to go from level 2 to level 3 is $700. When you replay to go from level 1 to level 2 is $700.

I also have the same complaints as everyone else, it seems almost impossible to build enough power plants to support your defenses. But you build mines to make more money to make more power plants, then you can't build enough power plants and end up dying. I believe the mines should raise your income by 1.5 instead of 1. Maybe that would balance it a little better.
