when i was a child i suffered from frequent night terrors, which are when you get frequent nightmarish dreams, that go directly to baisic human fears. i would wake up so scared to death, that i stoped getting much sleep, simply because i was afraid to! it's very frightening to me how much this replicates my nightmares and gives thesort of fear makes me shiver and sweat.
