I actually enjoyed this film I don't know what people are so confused about. There were some pretty good jokes in there the story was pretty obvious. The music went well with it. The animation was pretty good. OVerall Good job! I liked the part where he flies towards the perfect gift with the creepy face then knocks out the guard with the rock lol.

A simple yet somewhat funny diversion. And I would have to agree - the ending was kinda incoherent. Was he getting the gift for the guy to impress the girl - and then somehow succeeded anyways?
He goes to purchase the gift for his friend, hence the beginning dialogue. When he finally gets back, he sees his girlfriend had purchased a gift beforehand for the often forgotten friend, hence the kiss and wink.

Yes that was good, Very good concept in the beginning, However, it grew progressively less inspired. And by the end you had drifted from the story line. In fact the closing scene didnt make any sense. This movie is so close to finished, i think you should rework the end and resubmit.

Lol, the scythe spin Maka dose in ep1 of soul eater, but with a mop XD. didnt quite get the ending, just kinda felt incompleat. good animation all in all though.
