One of the best puzzle games that I've played on Newgrounds! I'm not really much of a chess player, and when I saw it I thought, "Ah, shit, some chess thing." But actually, I found something much more original with chess pieces. I sometimes forget that you're only playing as a knight... just because changing the movement of the chess piece itself, sometime throws me off. The game was quite addicting, I played for about 40 minutes total, and got to level 20. It's not confusing to master any controls either. just click, kill the king, grab the star, win. Sure made it easier than explained. So, alright, overall, you did a badass job. It's only getting a number score lower because it really isn't one of my favorites.... however it probably deserves a 10.

Fun for a while...

But after level 15 it became tedious because the pieces would all sit in formations that required you to find the one spot where one of the pieces would move so you could actually beat the level. The game looked very nice and up until that point was very fun otherwise.

This game was pretty fun and it was entertaining. I liked the game play and it was a nice concept. Make another one!

Nice idea!

I play chess pretty avidly and I got a kick out of this. Nice idea and I loved how you incorporated other pieces and special spaces into the game to make it more interesting. Good idea, I like it! It definitely makes you think, but is one of the more original chess-based puzzle games I have come across. Good job!
