pretty impressive!
It wasn't the best thing on new grounds, but it's quite impressive to do this with no tweens! In my opinion, though, that is what tweens are for, to make the animation nice and smooth. that's just my opinion though, great job!

I enjoyed it.
I liked it as an experimental style flash. The animation was smooth, and it was interesting. My only complaint is how much emphasis you placed on the fact that there's no tweens. It'd be different if there was some kind of story or plot, or if it was in color, but there are plenty of FBF animations on NG, especially random ones such as this.
This was performed and pulled off well as an animation, but although its tedious and difficult to create a FBF toon, it's not all that uncommon.
