Disturbing
That was pretty...um...whoa. I would have never pictured that scene going down like that. I'm just glad the scene with the wierdo in the alley didn't go any further than it did.
Quite Well Done
For your first flash movie this was done quite well. Your artwork could use a bit of improvement, but is very nice as well. Your animation was quite good to. As for the parody stand point you certainly did that job well. I really hope you continue this further, I want to see you poke more fun at Willy Wonka.

Excellent job.
My only complaint is that its too slow paced. People these days have terrible attention spans. Cut to the chase, less awkward moments please. The more confusing a video is, the funnier it is.
Very good if this really is your first submission.
The only real let down was the voices (as stephbot already said). If you make a second part to this, maybe try to smooth out the movement a bit. All in all though, entertaining (if slightly creepy!).
