Not bad
But my overall complaints:
Upgrades don't seem to do anything. You might want to buff those up, because the costs are ridiculiously high, for a non-noticable effect
Also, kinda boring, stuff like temporary boost and white blood cells would be cool. Also, a way to add more buddies.

this reminds me of when i was a sperm and was in my momy and i had to collect drops of blood so mom wouldnt have periods lol then i grew into a baby , but in this game you dont gorw into a baby , so h\this game should be called 'the reprodution'

Amazing game. It gets a little repetitive, but over all, it's good. It seems a little easy though, i got fourth highest score over all my first try, and the only reason why i didn't get higher was because I got really bored. But overall, really good.
some spit and polish for you
got repetitive really fast and kind make my stomach a little sick for some reason... i had an issue with heading to the right sifde of the screen and the whole thing doing s mini earthquake and my guy would get stuck for a second...nice premise just needs some expanding on
