Good music
The music was really good, the sound effects too as well the graphics are very nice. For the animation movements there's not much on it, just left and right movements pretty simple animated. I like the sketches and the money bag.
Good overall sweet work. Keep it up.
Beautiful
This was amazing, I don't know in what program you created it, but it was very beautiful, remembered the story well and i knew what was going on, but people who haven't heard it before may be confused.
So maybe it should have been a little bit more concrete.
And i think it was to short, the music played along so well with the visuals i hardly wanted it to end, so it should have been a bit longer.
Other than that, it was pretty much flawless.

I agree with the guy below me on some notes. I didn't get it either, and though it is true this was made as an artist's interpretation of the story, that doesn't excuse you from neglecting a certain portion of your audience. I don't agree with the mentality of assuming whoever watches it knows the story. As someone who does not this was completely indecipherable. This is not a MAJOR flaw but one you should work on in the future. I can tell you put a lot of time into effects and textures but the animations were nothing to write home about. It was just swaying! I could understand this getting something more in the range of 3.5 to 3.9 but 4.16 is too high. Keep working and I am excited to see your next piece!
i liked it more once i knew the story
I actually didn't know the story of the pied piper until i read someone else's review; vid made a lot more sense after that! The video was pretty cool, but I wasn't crazy about the music (sorry jo yeong wook), it seemed rather generic and not very inspired. Your craft was admirable, though, and the easter egg was deliciously creepy. 4/5.
