good, yet bad
good: intersting concept, has potential, and nice cliffhanger
bad: low fps, lacked a visible plot, and fight scene's were too short and/or badly animated.
balances out to a 5/10. a good effort, but you should develop your skills more and get better at animation.
almost forgot that you mispelled a lot in the text, i won't deduct you any further for it though.

I can see that this is your second flash, but the poor grammar and unoriginality of the script makes this movie look like it was made by a 10 year old.
Things to improve upon:

-animation
-message speed (it was very hard to read with the messages speeding by)
