Very cool and I think it's much better and detailed than all other tutorials. I also thank you for making i "music off" button, there are such many programmers out there who doesn't understand that not everyone loves the music they like :P

Thanks! I can't believe one of my favourite artists likes one of my tutorials :D. And I really went in with description, I'ts easier to learn actionscript wits explained well, rather than the full code copied and pasted.

In the beginning you said "make 3 frames." Uhh... In what? A movie clip? The main timeline?
Oh and this is pretty cool.
In a movieclip. In frame 1, standing animation(in a movieclip), frame 2 walking(again, movieclip), and frame 3 jumping(MOVIECLIP :D). If you need any more help just pm me ;D.

Dude thanks foor putting this out im sure it will help at some point in time, but i began this little lesson shooting vodka after an already protracted battle with mountain dew voltage/vodka which tastes alot like alcoholic cotton candy...anyway back to the point-ish...that intro song you had made me think of japanese techno and i then spent the next hour listening to it while i carved out my little gangsta monochomic protagonist...Thanks fo putting this up it helps a good deal.
