The jumping part, dosn't work for me somehow.
It dosn't jump, like nothing happens when I press up. Help?

it was a good tutorial but you got a bug in the attack if you jump and attack when you can attack you go trough the ground
This is a great tutorial but poorly explained.
Before I critic your tutorial, I just wanna say I learned a lot by looking at this. And I am very grateful for your efforts.:)
However, you do a very poor job of explaining where the codes and frames go. You tell us to create 3 movie clips, then you say: "now add this code on the frame:" But we have no idea what frame you are talking about! You mean on the key? the player? the enemy? the door? the health bar? what mc, what layer, what time line, frame?! This is a very important aspect of tutorials and you should at least be clearer about that. Also, most of your explanations are rather useless, instead of telling us "where exactly to put the code", you tell us that score=5 means "a variable score with a value of 5" yeah we get that. That's not useful information.
