Wow...
That's actually a really cool way to play a game. Seems like a game you'd find on a hand held device even. I only found 3 of the endings, but I'm determined to find the rest. Not sure how re-playable it is once you find them all, though you said it's just an experiment so it shouldn't matter. I'd like to see this go somewhere big.

Very awesome idea
Simple but very effective
Even though it's a simple game, having the picture element to move people around is really interesting. As well, because it's simple, it draws you in, but the game really makes you think about what to do, especially with the different endings. I really enjoyed this.
