Totally f*cking awsomely brilliant !
I sat down to try this game for a while ! about 6 hours later I was still playing it !
I played through all 30 levels, and all the challenges !
The only challenge I could not beat was no 20.
But There`s always tomorrow !
You deserve a Nobel Prize for this game !
Hope you make more, before I lose all my sanity on this one !

This is one of the most faithful rendition's of Lovecraft's works I have seen in awhile... I loved the first one and this one runs in much the same vein... I see in the other comments that you have already started thinking of a third installment.... I can't wait to get my mouse pointer onto it after beating the hell out of this one :)

Never played card game so cool before. There really should be free play mode where you can construct both decks and set staring values of all resources.

I love this game!! First time I found it, I stayed up almost all night playing it. Then I had to look up what on earth a Mi-go was. That lead to looking up Hastor, the King in Yellow, and the Shoggoth. From there I made up a library list including Robert W. Chambers, Ambrose Bierce and of course H.P.Lovecraft.
Believe it or not, I had never read anything by Lovecraft before. I found this game on a scary games site and decided to try it.
I want to thank you for getting me interested in Lovecraft. He is indeed a marvelous writer and his type of storytelling is just the kind that deeply appeals to me. Between being a band geek and an otaku, you have completed my trifecta of hopeless nerdiness. ^_^
