it was cool, but i think you took more time in making the facial expressions then the cartoon itself. This is still a great flash though. 5/5

This was a very dumb submission. Absolutely no good animation, voice acting wasn't bad but....still. Not much humor in the flash at all. I only chuckled once when he said "shut up criminal". Just plain lame.
The sound design was OK
The choice of sound here and there was alright. You should try turning down the sensitivity of your microphones so they don't peak out every single time you raise your voice. It kind of lacked story structure.... but I guess that's where everything is headed nowadays.
