Not bad.
It's good. I like it. But there is one major flaw.
One can simply move the bird to the bottom of the screen to indefinately avoid all the firework sparks. If you solve this, then this would be much better.

Except for the slight problem that 0*(time)=0 :P (covers face)
I lasted until roughly the end of the second song, which wasn't too bad I think. It got very hard to dodge them, since every firework was aimed at your current position, rather than any place at random. I think it would have been better if you'd at least made SOME fireworks aim somewhere random rather than straight at you.
But other than that, pretty good.

I bet that if today was not the day that I just got flash, I would be able to remake this. It is fun, and does not contain a lot of visual noise. Just curious, how do you make an object cover up the mouse? I know almost nothing of actionscript :P

Bur not very interactive.Just moving the mouse to avoid firecrackers is way to easy and you can just stay on the bottom of the screen and not get hurt.YOu should also make different backgrounds or make the one you hav enow animated,As in stars zooming by and such.And you could try and improve the animation of the bird.Like having it dip and rise as you go down and up.
