If 2 people want to go to the other station simply put one or both in the waitin area and then switch them, fast enough it won't decrease the score.

The game was pretty good, I got addicted somewhere around the chinese de'cor though it did get kind of hard once you had like 7 people come in back to back wanting the same place, and having to lose one or two to cleaning, and waiting, maybe having it where the items can be sped up or something would make it less of a hassle

there is a terrible glitch

a boy want to use the spa but he is using the chair...

Okay.

The game had its good points, like the fact that customers pay you more if they're really happy. But it's over looked by all of the bad points. Too many customers trying to go to the same station, then having to clean the station in the midst of trying to get a customer in it was too much and was a bit aggravating. Overall, it was like any other game of its kind, except there were no upgrades and no AI helps you with the customers.
