Good Game!
I like the way you made everything but in Ragdoll Cannon 2 you should add powerups, or have the ability to go to some buy screen where you can buy upgrades for your cannon and ragdolls using money obtained from powerups, specifically money powerups.

in 1 puzzles were solved with thinking and skill, in this one its obvious you were short on ideas, brute force and luck are the trick to solving these, its ok and i look foward to 2, but this is way below the standard of 1

This one is so kool, such a good idea for a flash game.
I like the improovements youve made, and i really like the way that the ragdolls bump into eachother.
