Higher FPS, shorter Intro
As mentioned by many, you need a higher FPS rating. It is very jerky and difficult to watch. The animation is amazing though. Also, the intro was a bit too long before you got into the fight scene. Those with short attention spans will love your movies low without getting to the point quickly. Take "Maximani91" for example, his comment is a few below mine.

really cool animation
I thought this was great. You even put TMNT into this flash. Very nicely drawn/animated. You did a very great job with this. I liked all the fight scenes and I hope to see more of this awesome flash.
Higher FPS
this would be amazingly great if it had higher FPS coz the style and animation was awesome, just needs to be smoother

You should try change the fps to 30 or something...
I didn't watch the whole thing cause it simply was too laggy
