good, solid attempt.

first things first though... $10000 for every baby that joins the army? I dont care how crazy that president is, at that rate he couldnt afford ANY secret military bases, never mind 20... or however many there were. Nor could he afford anything else... EVER. Except maybe, like, a bowl of cereal per week. Yeah, just a minor technicality you might want to work on.
But apart from that its a genuinely good flash. There's actually a plot, which by itself would make this worth like 8 on this website. The animation and artwork, while not incredible, is still quite impressive. Plus the characters actually had quite resonate personalities which stood them apart from every one else. Overall it's obvious that you put a hell of a lot of effort into this and it really does show. Well done, and looking forward to the next one, or at least, hoping there will be a next one.

Getting better

Character experssions (like amazment) need to be delivered more abruptly but not so artificially. Someone who doesn't know fear, who can't be sad or angry, can't really get surprised from hearing they're breaking out, even though he lost a friend.

Year 2105? We're more around year 2010 or something, didnt' find anything that technological so far. The backgrounds need to be worked on. The music is well chosen. You still need to work on animations, and trying to sync lip movement with the actual voice acting.

Deliver the plot a little better by making sure the voice actors undertand how the plot is progressing. Faces are perfect, but the bodies need to be improved a little bit. Smooth animation is still a bit rare in some parts of the anime. Keep it up though, you've done far better since Base 17.01

Graphics and animation could be done better but since this show has some simularity to xin ( story with plotlines :D ) its bound to only get better from this point onward. But I have to agree with some the other reviewers. The typical drama lines are easy to read.

What you basicly missing sofar is THEME. Its 2105 ....why I am not noticing that.
Desolate state.... I think in the last episode I saw someone driving a open car while wearing a tophat ( 1904 ? ). Those shoving doors is something we already know off. Take some time to show the area a bit.

Good, but predictable...

The animation is pretty good, but I wont critisize you on the parts that arent, cause I know that as authors make their series on here, they get better (Although the biggest problems are with your action scenes.) No, the problem I have with this series is that, as someone below me said, its a lot like other anime series, at least when it comes to the dram scenes. But I like the storyline, and can see that this series could go places. It kind of reminds me of Xin, another anime series on here.
