Reviews for "Wind Waker - Laruto's Lament"

.............I.................I.....
.your voice is so haunting in a good way you twist my hart and mind its that good and you bring me inspiration sorry well the song is fantastic as expected 100/100 lol

VGSongbird responds:

Thank you ^_^
I'm flattered.

Marvelous

This is truly spectacular. I listen to a lot of remixes on Newgrounds, but to take a song and transforming it into something greater than itself requires and demands great skill and restraint. You pulled this off spectacularly, taking a relatively meaningless background song and giving it great power and presence.
You gave a powerful and moving message without destroying the overall integrity of the song, and in LATIN NO LESS! Latin is considered by many to be the hardest language to make lyrics for, and for someone who apparently doesn't Latin you did a masterful job.

10/10 without hesitance,

VGSongbird responds:

Thank you for those kind words. They put a smile on my face.

The vocals are amazing

I really like the melody of this piece. Thank you for creating it! May I use this in an RPG I'm making?

VGSongbird responds:

Absolutely! Thank you for using it! XD

Soothing..

Very nice indeed, there're a few things that could be improved (there always is,) but over all it's a very beautiful piece. Now, I don't know whether you sung those parts yourself, but if you did - and did so without using a machine to change your pitch - I applaud you. It's not that hard to sing lead but singing back-up vocals can be deceptively hard. All in all, I say well done indeed. 8/10 4/5.

Kain.
(P.S. Bonum diem, et sic porro. :])

VGSongbird responds:

Thank You for your 8 and 4.
I sing all my songs without auto tune. Maybe some effects like a reverb, but not pitch changing.

Great!

Made my day! thank you

VGSongbird responds:

No, Thank you for listening.
