That was always how I saw Bowser, I guess. XP Lol. I didn`t really intend to pick on Luigi specifically, I just added it in there because I originally intended to have a fight scene between Bowser, Luigi, and Mario, but since it was supposed to be an ending for the Friday Show at school (or was it CHN? I don't remember), I decided to just have that little entrance. XP
