Damn hooks
Nice concept. Nice variation through the levels. I like the graphics style.
The hook level is anoyingly hard. I might give up on those hooks. I suggest showing a countdown with the hooks, because after dodging some time you wonder if you have to do something other than trying to avoid them.
Also There is something off with the physics of the jump. It looks like he hits a glass cieling. A realistic jump slows down quadraticly until zero velocity, then accelerate downwards again. Making a nice looking jump gives a lot to the feel of a platformer.
