Reviews for "Submachine 5: the root"

awesome game

your flash has reached a point of perfection i will never reach. i can only stare(and play) in awe. but u really need to make the stuff easy to see i didnt even realize that huge elecrtic plug was attached by clips until i read the walkthru so ya u made me feel stupid so i h8 u. U LOSE 2 STARS FOR THAT

A great puzzle game.

This one desrves my perfect rating.
I'm not sure I liked all the orange colouring that was used but the Cipher style was really neat. If all six ciphers had been present, by the way, that would have given us 43 diffrent locations to explore - now that would be something.
I'm kind of disappointed about how this "before it all began"-game really didn't explain anything. The teleporter is already invented, the ciphers have no explanation, there are no traces who created the submachines and you are already somewhere underground.
As usual though I like the design. I think the fourth was the best in the series as it mixed so much though the fifth was quite impressing. The one that will stay in my mind over the ages however is probably the second wich had some lovely unique designs to it, all in red - then blue, teal and yellow.
Great series, can't wait for Submachine 6 to come!

Excellent

Brilliant work! Well done, great on everything! Definitely inspired by the Myst Series.
Thanks for such a brilliant flash game! A piece of art!

Im lovin it...

Great game but got stuck on the wall with the symbols, had to use a walkthrough after that. Could provide a few more clues but after i looked back on it it was logical but not obvious. Also i kept getting stuck in the area with 9 rooms, could make it more obvious which way you are facing with a compass or something.

Got me stuck...

Just like the others, it holds more plot to discover and more things to ponder about.

...Looking forward to #6...
