The animation is very smooth, and I would say that the animation is flawless...I'm very impressed there.
But the writing leaves something to be desired. I feel like I get it, but at the same time I kinda don't. It seems like you drew on classic cartoon cliche-type humor, but only got there half-way somehow.
I still gave you 5 - 8/10 for this because it is definitely an impressive effort.
