Far too many Bugs
Whats sad is the game could be great, but if it wasn't for the fact that any form of damage you take leads to game over even if it's a minor attack. For example, I begin the game as normal buy a bigger boat and upgrade my cannons and then I'm attacked by 1 low level pirate ship. One cannon shot and it's game over. Seriously, whats the point of this game if you're not balancing it right for the first level and so on if it's going to be littered with bugs. Secondly, the various sections of the map would lead to dead spots where my ship would mysteriously vanish and then it would conclude to a game over screen.

Seems to me like a 2-D version of 'Sid Meier's Pirates', looks to have the same names of ports etc.
Whether or not that would be classed as copying im not sure. Just thought I would point out blatant similarities (e.g pretty much the whole concept)
I like it tho, as with Pirates.

Didn't like it. Couldn't do anything. Either start didn't let you do much and the combat was impossible to win. They always hit and they do more damage than you do.
