remeinds me of pirates gold
it annoyed me how i couldnt win any ship battles because i onlly had 80 people and they had lodes of people and also because somehow there connon shots always hit my ship and it was really hard for aiming to hit them with my cannons.
also it reminds me of a game i downloaded a while ago called pirates gold and the only real diffrence was that on pirates gold it wasnt so hard
apart from all that good and alright grapics........

i used to like this game alot, until another ship stupidly hit the back of my ship and i got a game over. i never use crew so when it crashed i lost. this is annoying cos i had 3 towns and had a high up ship. also, there is practically nothing to do! ok, spend thousands on muskets, attack town. then what? i think this game could be good, but its just to under worked on!
Nice but hard
A nice feeling game - just a problem with there seeming to be no incremental difficulty to it.
It just seems really hard from the start. You can't afford a bigger ship and can only just about afford a full crew and enough ammo for a single fight.
It's too hard too soon.
This game is terrible.

First and foremost, no difficulty setting.
Boarding ships was very difficult as the enemy just bounced off or around.
Chain shot did jack shit against the enemy, but against me it tore my sails down.
Grape shot is worthless, as just 3 crew on the enemy ship still means they can still do everything just as fast as my 80 crewmen. For the cost, it isn't worth it at all.
Your ship miraculously repairs itself for full after the battle is over. Although it says in the instructions that more crew adds to "ship repairs", I don't get it.
Worst of all, the camera view of the battle, my ship is way off to the side view and the enemy is out of view shooting at me! WTF! Lamest thing ever. I'd rather play a game where I don't have to reload it constantly.
