Lots of things didn't make sense

I love the game concept, but there were a lot of misses.

First off, ship stats were not readable on the larger ships. The boarding didn't work very well, being difficult to initiate and in one case starting as soon as the battle did. Also, the AI left something to be desired.

My big issue was that it appeared to be no reward for taking towns, making it an expensive and pointless excersize. On a similar note, I would've liked to see more cash rewarded for taking ships as opposed to destroying them. It seemed that there was no connection between the size or number of ships battled and the prize won.

Good game! A sequel would be cool

Hint for those who try to find the second ship: As the ships go around clockwise during the battle you should go around the border counter clockwise. I don't know if it is something because of the AI but it works for me. Try it!

Other hint: The first thing you should buy is better cannons, as it helps you beats larger ships. Always buy cannonballs whatever possible and wait to have good funds when you take another ship because your upgraded cannons won't go on the new ship.

What can i say? Well i like the game, a lot. I think that if you could implement some goods that we could trade beetween cities it would be a great addition to the game. So when you got bored to beat other ships you could try to make some money by trading merchandises. Some of them could have an affect on your boat. Clothes could be used to repair your sails, wood to repair your ship, rhum to lessen the monthly pay of your crew and blablabla and blablabla I know that it will expand the complexity of the game but you should consider it.

Good but...

Veyr fun, it just gets a little boring after a while, and it's hard to find the 2nd ship in battles, but it's still fun. I like it : )

Awesome!

This is great. But i have to agree with "awaken", sometimes i just cant find the opponent. a radar or indicator would be nice :P
