Great Game

Very fun to play, though i found combat way too easy, if you simply upgrade to the longer range cannons right from the get go you can pretty much take out every other ship while staying out of it's range, add this to the best ship and bombs and combat isn't really challenging at all.
Also i think a greater reward for capturing enemy ships rather than destroying them would be nice, instead of an apperantly lower reward, since technically, you'd be able to tow the captured ship back and sell it. but i really had fun playing ^^ awesome job

This is game awsome, for Anno fans

Hey love the game. this game is awsome, what i realy loved it for, was for its grafics, they make me smile, and that this game is like a mini version, of Anno and pirat/newworld games, you should make it downloudeble.

there are menny bugs, in this game, most of them are, when you are in battle mode. when u killed the first ship, the secound, dousent fight back, and it is almost inposeble to find. when u start the battle, somtimes u bord the enemy ship right away, u allmost lose evry time. the camera in battlemode, doesn´t follow youre ship, thats anoying, becouse youre blind neary all the time. and at travel mode, there is no reward from defeating towns, its just mojorly exsensive.

P/S this game is great, it has erned an sequel, please make the next one downloudeble.

...but it does have some pretty hefty flaws, which put a major damper on the game experience as a whole. It has been mentioned a few times now, but here are a few things I think you should improve in (hopefully) a sequel.

1) Better Navigation - Make it possible to know approximate routes of ships.
2) Trade - Include trade and trade items into the game. I mean, the ships of the other nations aren't simply on the ocean for the hell of it. And a trade system would make more sense with the overall idea of having to capture towns. More towns --> More Trade and More Trade Items --> More Money --> Better Ships
3) When capturing other towns, some monetary reward would be nice
4) Balance out the economy - Everything is waaaaay too expensive for the little amount of money/gold you get in return. After 3 fights (with relatively low monetary treasures) I was unable to fully restock my crew
5) Allow us to control fleets. For one, it seems a bit unfair to be fighting against two fully equipped pirate ships at the same with with a total of 100+ crew, while you only have one single ship with 80 crew at your disposal. For another, it would give a feeling of power, being able to hit the sea with a fleet of ships following your command, or conductin trade on your behalf. This could be possible after capturing more towns and setting up more trade routes.
6) Mission/Quest system - I think it would be grand to receive quests or missions (could be combat, trade, transport/pick up or recon based) from the faction you belong to.
7) More than just 3 nations - simply what it says on the tin :)
8) A bit far fetched, but something like in-game events that have an impact on how you act. E.g. a war breaks out between two nations, you are trading with both of them, both of them ask you to ally with them to defeat a common enemy. How do you react? Who do you help? Does it pay off to be neutral?

The list goes on.. but adding things like that would definietly give the game a lot more depth. I'd be happy to discuss this more with you if you are interested. Just send me a message to my account, and maybe we could work on something together.

Captain's Log 58497601-2930

December 5th, 1600

Today was the day we've been waiting for this whole year. We have conquered all 3 major cities and brought justice to the pirates. Days go on as we devour what's left of their petty countries. Soon...yes very soon...it will all be ours...

Good game, very addicting, still working on beating the whole thing but it's very fun and not that hard either. Rather quite easy, except for the randomness of taking over the towns. Good game though.
