I did not quite understand your question, but I'll try to answer.
If you meant, why Red (the cop) killed the criminal if he could just capture him:
At the first the police didn't want to kill him, because they took his wife as a hostage.
Then later, the criminal killed his wife, meaning there's no point in holding back.

The idea is genius and creative. The narration and music match. Audio quality is great. I even like the drawing quality, which is usually a downer for most flash artists. You've created a high-quality flash with an exceptional story plot. Stretch this out. I want to see a long series about this glove. Keep up the great work!

Smooth voice acting, perfect music in the background; good animation, what more could one want? Variety, the reason for the nine was it was pretty much all in the same place. Other than that amazing.

Yeah, that was pretty much my problem animating episode 1.
I couldn't think of a way to make the scenery interesting, so I had to experiment with the camera angles.
