Its allright; Above average.
A few things I would improve on if I were you is to make the characters able to move. Also, you should have the game end when one character gets knocked down. I had to wait 7 seconds for the winner to be declared. Other then that, good concept, good sound and graphics, these suggestions should make you game really KICK ASS instead of it just being ''good''
as I said, if I ever start to work on this again you'll actually be able to move them all proper. IF.

This game was pretty good, considering that you could pick various characters featured on NG, choose the quality setting, pick your fight setting, and play against someone else. I thought it would be better if you could play a 1-player game, though, and maybe have a better selection of moves. Stay tuned for the improved version Neostone talks about in the Author Comments.
Second one is better
This would have been better if it had a 1 player mode, but its a pretty good game, especially for it's time.
