was it my computer acting up, or my ignorance on how this cartoon is animated because half of the stuff in the toon didnt show up as it played. is this how these toons are normally made or was my PC acting up for some odd reason? body parts were kmissing, and when the blondie said hey G.I. joe, his amrs and head were there but there was no torso
