Wow.....
Okay, for those who don't get it, it's really quite simple. The Sweet Banshee's soul is crying because she lost her child before the child was born. Due to some people in her town frowning down on her pregnancy, her child is ripped from her womb before birth. The Sweet Banshee, thinking the child is dead, roams the world with a song that kills all who hear it. In the end, she meets her daughter, goes to the afterlife, and is put among the stars. Of course, that's my interpretation of the flash, but if you really want to know what happens, ask the author. In the end, I was nearly in tears. This really is a sweet, heartwarming flash. This also is amazing for a first flash! ^-^ Keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing more of your work!

look, i am not going to bag on your work because this is really excellent...
but if you would like a small crit, i would offer the following:
although the background music was very well done, i thought the sound effects seemed a little canned (which was confirmed when you listed where you got the sounds from). unfortunately they seemed a bit out of place or over done (with the turning of the head)... but then in places where you would expect some sort of sound clip (like when the banshee disappeared) there wasn't anything. they just seemed out of place.
btw, the discovery of the banshee's victim. awesome!
also, as a viewer i would like to also understand what the symbol (in the beginning intro) belongs to in your world. i did not see a tie-in that i would have thought i would (like the symbol appearing on the robes of the hooded ones or something like that). i think you have a great weapon here to really add depth to your world... who wears this mark, what does it mean.
your story telling is very nice, and you are on your way to creating a believable world. i'm looking forward to the next release!
Very good, but..
It was much too short. Not to say it should have gone on longer, but the whole story was basically "This is who she is, this is what she does, flashback, conclusion. Done." The story itself is too long for the flash.
