Alright, it looks like your style of drawing is pretty crooked, like mine. Although I don't make flash, it's not important for me, it should be for you. However, your transitions, gradients, colors, shading, and some tweening makes up for that. Some specific things to improve for your SE edition (I assume you will be making one like you did with Devil May Cry?) the subtitles disappear after Tifa says the Jenova cell can be sexually transmitted, but right before Barret says 'My bad, Cloud' so I didn't know what he said. In the end, Tifa's head and body proportions seem to be off. I think the DBZ kamehameha thing was kind of lame for an FF7 flash, but...whatever.
Keep working on those lines, I don't know if you use a mouse to draw or tablet, but they need some practice. I Do draw, however, and what helped me to remove my crooked lines when drawing is to practice doing two things: one, drawing very long straight lines, and two, drawing very big perfect circles. It's good practice, trust me on that one.
Your sound/mic quality seems a little low, but it's not bad.
I did give it a 5 for effort and outcome, since it does look like improvement since your DMC flashes. And yes, don't worry, I did recommend it for the Final Fantasy collection. But you really should save that spot for an SE edition.
Keep at it and don't give up, you have great potential to be great in Flash, but it takes hard work, focused practice, and patience. More than anything else, it requires your effort, will, and love to complete any Flash work. I hope you continue to make more submissions since the practice will be good for you.
