The controls SUCK BADLY!!! When ur trying to be fast and click a item it dont select it, you have to hit it 2 or more times for it to select that item. The sound it makes when time runs out is TERRIBLE!! If your a head phone user like myself it will make ur ears bleed, Theres no need for that to be so loud like that n that type of noise. if it wasnt for them things I would have gave it a perfect score but i cant cuz of that. The game itself n type of game it is I do like it very much, just fix those things pls

It would help if I could actually use the saw on the last part. I like the game but the saw bugs out when i try to use it.
An excellent flash game classic. This game brings you gore, but not just that: it also gives you the fear if your patient will survive or not - and you must do the surgery with haste.
I give this a 5/5, but if my personal rating is 10/10 since it is a true masterpiece. The game is fairly easy to play plus the soundtrack is really good and fits the surgery you're doing and the achievements are somewhat difficult to achieve but nonetheless - I had so much fun playing this game!
So hard, too hard needle and thread takes 20 seconds to work fully.
