There seem to be complaints about the final surgery not working. this is all i know: If you can press space fast enough, health is no issue. you do not need to click to cut off your leg, the saw should move into place on its own. Make sure to follow the instructions as they tell you these things.
became unplayable for me at the self-rescue stage. not because of what i had to do, more because the game itself took it out of my hands by not letting me do what i needed to do quick enough, and then the saw went totally glitched and would not go into place. so its a level that doesnt give you enough life and seems to have problems besides that.
