Wow
That was disappointing, story was ultra-lame, buggy, had to buy everything including the transformations, and the music was terrible. Fix these things and I'll try version 2.

pretty good
its pretty good, make allies and unlimited ammo. plus you should add new equipment, not just weapons. its ok for that tactical thing, juss more could be made out of it.
Great game, though needs some improvements
This game was really good. Reminded me of Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem, even Advance Wars.
Some improvements needed to the current game:
1)Add more obstacles such as trees or hills to climb up so everything is not on one layer.
2) Have enemies drop things when they die, not things you can buy in the shop. Something like an instant +25% health restore, +20% instant ammo restore, etc.
3) Make smarter AI. In one level the enemies were behind a wall of bushes, and instead of going around, they stayed behind them and just moved back & forth,
4) Make the enemies able to travel past each other, not have to go around.
5) Limit the range of Magic Arrow. Maybe 2 more spaces more than Speedy Arror, but certainly not anywhere on the map.
6) Change the music. It was just ok. Nothing really grabbing, and it didn't really flow with the game's style.
7) Shots should not be able to go through rocks. Maybe through bushed, but at half the normal distance.
8) DIAGONAL MOVING. Moving in the style of a chess rook is limiting.
9) Tank graphic is way too big, it overlaps whatever enemy/rock is next to it.
10) Add shooting from the jeep. All they did was try to block me.
11) Some people want the ability to have more allies to control. I think it's good solo, but if you are going to add any in future sequels, I suggest either having the ability to hire someone from the shop but limit your help to 1 person, or maybe have a 2 person team from the get go. Though having the option to hire different help is nice. Maybe a pet of some kind instead of a person.
12) Finally, this is not needed, but would be nice. When tanks blow up, maybe have them leave a crater behind that you can't travel through.
I know this seems like a lot to maybe think about for a sequel, but it's really or minor tweaks to make the game even better.
Please don't get mad for the constructive criticism. The game is awesome. I have spent more time playing this game than any other on Newgrounds, and I have ADHD, so that says something lol.
