Wonderful!

This looks like a real labor of love! The innocence and pace of this cartoon was a breath of fresh air for me. And I admit I really liked this, even though they hardly started the journey. The only bits I wish you had elaborated more were the eel scene (the sense of danger was short lived) and the farmer scene (no reaction to such a strange sight?). And we are shown no reason why they would really leave such a peaceful (almost paradise) place, except for the word of one cocky crow and they said: "they have nothing better to do"? But in the end, I let these bothers slide, because I sense maybe this is all a set-up for tragedy later. It all seemed too good to be true. ^_^ Great work!

Thank you. Actually, one of the points you mentioned was really intended by myself. The place Jack lived is peaceful and quiet, it's pretty ok to live there. That is also why the entire decision to leave is very hard for Jack. Will it be worth it and how much is he prepared to give up for it? That will be the main question of this series. There is no real good and bad in this series, i try to avoid that

neat

cool man this reminds me of wizard of oz. I like the lighting and shadows of the animated character because rarely do artists in here do that. The back ground was nice and neat, but I think that you could have used something like Photoshop to paint it directly; for a great photoshop background take a look at Merry Melony by Drobile, I think you can find it in top 100 of newgrounds. I wish you the best of luck for the next one.

Whoa, nice art!

This mivie had amazing animation and art! The mouthing, moving eyebrows and eyes in different characterisation and feeling.
We havent seen anything like this 4 a while.

Amazing

very rarely have I given a 10 to a flash, and I truly believe this flash deserves this score. The animation was great, the voice acting was even better. The thing that I found most amazing, though, was the dialog and story. This has to be one of the best stories I have seen on newgrounds EVER, and I commend you for it. With this flash you have made it onto my favorite authors list.

I like this show a lot. It's so heartwarming and sort of emotional for some reason. Very inspirring and neat. Nice job man.
