What exactly is salad fingers? Is he a Zombie, a War Victiim, A Psychotic Lunatic Human, A Green Creature or a Radiation victim like someone suggested in one of the reviews? And Why does he cross dress into girls gowns sometimes?

in the episode with keneth, his brother, can't remember which one, either this one or the 7th one. he says to keneth's body something like "have you come to visit your older brother." proves salad fingers is a guy. so please stop saying that he is possible a girl cuz, he's not.
