Heart-felt and awe inspiriing

Wonderful flash. My eyes teared up as I watched this. I'm a musician myself and strangely enough, had the same kind of situation growing up. Parents could hardly afford to pay for the instrument I was playing(violin btw) and it put a lot of stress on them and me. But I got such gratification from playing it.
You truly can only understand certain things in your life when you are playing music. It also helps you to better deal with the world in general.
Its sad that today's youth are going the way of rock and death metal. And fewer still enjoy the original music of classical. I want to instill in my child the appreciation of all music but to have the knowledge that music is more than just sounds blaring from an instrument, but meticulously chosen to represent the creators intention and meaning for all to hear as he/she expresses it in the way he/she feels like.

Yes.

That was absolutely amazing. You should have to pay to watch it. It should be a movie. Everyone on earth shold be able to know the story. Yes.

You got me crying, too. Damn

Simply amazing... There need to be more artists like you around.

Touching

Although this is a common plot to some movies and videos, this one especially was approached very well, and slightly a twist on the normal. It's hard to explain, but that was probably the MOST impressive video on NewGrounds. Even the song itself is enough to give you goosebumps. I definatley agree with Shadow-of-pain's review: fresh, touching, and unique. Usually touching videos are movies, or short films, but i think this short flash even has surpassed many of them. Wow.

Good music with good story

NIce movie, with a good story and good music, but a piano isn't that easy to move outside is it? I would't think of trying with mine ;P. But never mind that, it was a good movie.
