childrens story
The story and the character design reminded me of a childrens story. The only thing missing is background music. I'd like to see you do something about them not having voices though

great, kinda quiet but the silence adds up to it, i especially loved the animation of cat stroll, its sooo cool

Glad you liked the movements! I stalked several cats, trying to watch how they moved... they kept running away, so finally I had to rely on an anatomy book, videos and guesswork.
Its true...squirrels CAN fly!
The truth is out. Anyway this flash is almost perfect just a few touches like music or some sort of sound throughout and possibly some color would have made it a 10. Though I recognize doing the flash in black and white is more of an artistic approach but perhaps some sort of low music or ambience would have helped. Wonderful character expressions. The bird kicked ass. I have no idea what the slow amphibian looking thing was. I gave this flash a 5 because the squirrel flew. Good job.

Good idea about ambience noise. A lot of comments mention the silence, and ask for music; I'm not keen to immediately add music, for various reasons, but ambient noise might be the key.
Real good looking
Really good looking animation. Needs more sound and color for me though. But great looking stuff none the less.
