Reviews for "String Avoider 2"

Fun

this game was fun

idk if there was any sound because i had music playing

good game!

Pretty fun.

It was a little bit hard on some of the really tight spots and corners, but not too bad. And i got confused when i died a few times cuz i didn't realize that the back of your string movesdifferently than the exact path you take, so blargh. lol.
I think it would be cooler if you added more color options, and an option to use a key board or mouse.
(also, for some reason when i changed the wall color, they didn't change, but the string did, so iono.)

fwe responds:

Yeah, that's what makes the challenge. It would be far too easy if the string just followed the path you took. Just like any other avoid game. The reason for the wall not changing is that the level is rendered once, so it will only change in the next level, whereas the string will change when you die and make a new one. Thanks for the review!

Alright game but...

That cheesey porn music was realy annoying hahaha

fwe responds:

Agreed, but you can always turn it off.

eh. alright.

Mixed reaction. It was a good time waster, it was fun, frustrating, angering, and "I wanna kill myself" all at the same time. I agree with people about the bug, but it didn't happen to me much.

Humor is for the maniacal laughter when I was going insane on some levels.

Violence is for where I nearly broke my knuckles against my desk out of frustration.

For 'Saw', I took the right path. It's probably the easiest.

For all the people having trouble with 'Minefield', grab the scissors, then back up your string to the beginning again, then take the path out of the blocks going right.

Overall, alright, I liked it, but not as much as the others.

fwe responds:

To tell you the truth, I admit scrolling was a bad idea. It was originally supposed to be huge levels with checkpoints but meh, it's done and I've learned from it. I'm done with String Avoider anyway. Thanks for the review.

Pretty good, though a little bland

It was better than most "avoid the walls" type games, to be sure, but the short looping soundtrack got a bit annoying after a while, and the graphics were kind of bland. Still, it was fun to play for a while, and then it got a twinge repetitive, but that is the nature of these sorts of games.
