An ok twist on tetris.

Definitly new, this game brings originality to the table. Unfortuneatly the poor sync of it is its downfall. All the songs were synced in the exact same pattern and the beat meter was extremely hard to follow. Negative scores really destroy the fun of this game but otherwise the idea is new.

Sound: Gets repetitive
Violence:none
Interactivity: Hitting keys to the beat didnt seem to be to the main or loudest beat at all...rather a more metronome type pressing time.
Humour:none

Overall: Good game, needs a few more things to make gameplay more enjoyable like better sync and different score system. Best of luck in the competition.

Thanks for the review! I was going for something new but where you had to stay in rhythm (not merely generating enemies to the beat). Then i didn't wanna make complicated beats because that would have made it too hard i think =P. Perhaps Metromone Tetris would have been more accurate...

I the end it seem like making a Guitar Hero type game would have gotten me lots of higher scores, but maybe originality WILL count for something :D!

it just doesn't work. Trying to align a block on the bottom is near impossible to do. Interesting concept though.

But fix that response delay with the controls! lol
Seriously, they are in desperate need of it lol
Other than that game ruining element, I liked it lol The overall look was good, and once again, nice tunes.

well...

i agree with most people,the idea is good and original,but you should make it more playable,because its really hard to play exactly on the beat meter,ill give you a 7 for the idea tough

Nifty game

Another fine Tetris version these do come in and you made it fun you gave it some nice gameplay action with a few extras the Rythym Twist that you had in there that made this game that much better so nice game indeed love the Tetris style and this was a pretty decent version of Tetris still keeping the entertainment alive in a classic like this I love the replay value this classic brings and you made it so there are some nice visuals too
