Great as always !!!
My new favorite track from you !!! Salute :D
:) Thanks Spoil!
The beginning...
melody kinda sounds like the beginning of Pendulum's "The Tempest", but really goof job on the song.
ehhhh, I listened to it... maybe same scale/mode being used but beside that it's a pretty far stretch to find similarities. Though maybe I should be happy to be compared to Pendulum? I dunno! :d
Thanks for the review, elemental. :)
love the drums
duh duh duh duh duh duh du dum. haha so awesome and oldschool, this deffinetly has the epic sci fi ness about it. and yeah it was calming but I was hoping there would be more to this. was just TOO calming for me to be honest. still a great track though.
heh, yeah, I used to listen to a shit-ton of trance so if it has an oldschool feel it's cause I haven't listened to much new trance since like 2004. :D and yep, slow and steady wins the race, no point gettin' worked up over life. best to stay calm! ;) thanks for the honest review, incher!
Well, that's overwhelming.
Man, I love it.
Intro/Outro: You started nice and slow, great for introducing the two apposing forces and their ships. I personally like that, well almost harp in the background. The outro is a nice fade that loops perfectly into the intro, well done there.
Synths/Beat: Man, I cannot get enough of this sound, its so great. Like I said the harp is great, the beat is nice and slow, the bass is obvious but not dominating. There is nothing wrong with this piece!
Conclusion: I love this so much, thanks for making this track. If you stop making music, know you will be wasting a enormous amount of talent. But who said you're going to stop?
Well, keep it up man, this is the best sound I've heard today, this week even.
Peace! Sjs00---
haha, nooooo intention of ever stopping, man, no worries. :D the beat's not that slow, the track is 147 bpm, pretty fast for this old dude! ;)
not sure what you mean when you say harp? you mean the theramin? the kinda crying vocally-sounding synth?
I like your take on the image of opposing forces ships, neat! :)
Awesome
For some reason, the intro reminded me of Deus Ex.
Only played that game once or twice at a friend's place but it was definitely sweet sci-fi action. Nice of you to compare. :)
