i liked it, something different good that someone likes that show as well, too repetitive for me though, hope to see more from you man :)
Afew pointers...
1. Fix ALL the spelling mistakes (satELLite, chIEf, etc.)
2. Add Exclamation marks
3. Graphics could be iimproves, but generally good.
4. Good idea. Keep it up.

This cartoon was the shit! I'm guessing it was your first one since it had a lot of major flaws but I gave you a 5/5 because to me it looks like you put some serious effort into this. I've never seen a rip off of 24 before (nor have I watched it) but this is the only cartoon of its kind! The sprites were done pretty well for what I'm assuming is a beginner (correct me if I'm wrong). But as for your drawing, it was anything but top of the line. Newgrounds has some GREAT tutorials on drawing though and I think if you invested an hour or two into that and used your original type ideas like this you could make one kick ass flash!

Needed better contrast on text color though... Hard to read some of it. But it was funny to see a Super Mario take on 24
