sweet detail work
I was waiting for you to bring the robot into the third dimension at the end of the flash. I really wanted the robot to look over his right shoulder at the camera. Just a thought. Great job, and I expect great things from ya!

well i had attempted to convert to 3D using masks and what not, but there was the challenge of the head having roughly 40 tiny parts in it. I've been working on a second version that does include that, it looks like it'll be fbf animation so it'll be some wait before hand. Thanks for the review :)
purdy cool
I liked it. Mainly because I like robots a lot. Graphics looked pretty nice-- the cool little details in the machines caught my eye. The music was cool, though it sounded like it could have had better quality (export it higher!). The only problem I can really complain about was the run cycle of the robot seemed a little weak-- it could have been a bit more fluid. Anyways, good job.

~! Constructive Criticism Oh Noes !~
Graphics: 8 - Ill give you credit on this because the graphics were rather smooth, but at the same time there wasnt much to well.. see or look at. When the Irobot makeshift was in the factory there should have been.. well, a factory look to it, not just a long hall and then him falling into a pit.
Style: 6 - Fictional and a flash short, two things that are common but i just cant really give much points here because being original is harder then it seems, your off to a good start though.
Sound: 8 - Good choice of sound, i would have gave a ten if there had have been factory noises IE grinding and or wielding effects when he was being put together.
Violence: 0 - If this was made to be funny i certainly did not pick up on it, im not counting this.
Interactivity: 1 - Wooot a play button oh noes! Im not counting this, its not a game.
Humor: 0 - Like the violence, i dont think you entended this to be funny nor violent so im not going to count this.
Overall: 7 - It was good, especially for a start, i mean there was only three things i could really judge on here, but none the less ive done that before.
Ok, you wanted some Constructive Criticism, well here it is. For graphics and really any sort of graphics in a flash movie, more is always better, smoothness does count yes, personal art work, anything to give it that extra touch. In your case the whole "Factory" looked like a tunnel shaft, i mean you could have had say a Production Line, with others being assembled, and just out of the blue, this robot escapes. Just follow what the people say and what they want, and people always want more, more everything, doesnt matter even if you give them more then enough, they always just want more. So yeah, none the less, keep it up.
