I thought it was pretty well done.
Good work, this is funny to me, especially as someone living in Japan... Sometimes things get so odd here one might think there really may be green pipes sprouting from the streets.
The only thing that put me off was that you misused "your" instead of "you're" in the flash. I don't know if you can fix that and reupload it, but as an English major, I noticed it pretty quickly. If you fix that I think this would become a pretty brilliant submission.
