I really enjoyed it, and even though it's only an introduction, you get a good feel of what's happening in the story. I cant wait to see the rest of this ;) (btw, were you working on your collab parts, AND this at the same time?)
I thought the audio quality was really good, some of the VAs werent as good as the rest, but that's understandable.
Some things I would have improved on it, the build up to the end. You could have gotten further into each character, so the viewer can more closely relate with them, so they feel a certain way when they die/take over, or are introduced in general (like a character that was talked about, but not seen yet). BUT this might have nothing to do with you, because I'm not sure how you're going to set up the rest of the series XD
I'll definately keep my eye out for the rest

Hahaha, I finished my part LONG before starting this =P. The reason that people arn't looked into is because none of these people are even close to the main character.

The storyline is a bit confusing, but then again, it's only the first episode (; I'll be watching for the next installment of this series.
Graphics - 10 - Backgrounds and character art were wicked.
Style - 10 - Unique style, I like it.
Sound - 8 - Some voices were a little too quiet, but overall, awesome.
Violence - 5 - Not much violence, but you said there wouldn't be much action xD
Interactivity - 5 - Great menu screen, although the scene select thing kind of bugged me when I moused over the movie. My hand likes to roam over the movie screen ):
Humor - 0 - No humor, but it wasn't meant to be there.
