Good basic game but lacks that quality
This one is basically the same as the first black. Here are some things to improve:
Faster gameplay
eg. Make your character be able to sprint for a few seconds, replacing the bullet time feature (which is buggy).
'Better' Enemies
Instead of having just deadly accurate turret like enemies, make it so they have a patrol path, so it's possible to go through without being detected. Adds some tactical element.
Fewer, but more diverse weapons
There are too many identical guns. Make it so you have a pistol with infinite ammo, but you pick up your weapons from enemies that you kill, rather than having it all at the start. Make enemies carry different guns for the player to pick up.
Level Objectives
It's not much, but it would be nice to have to kill someone or get something in order to open a door to pass through. It's pretty boring just killing and killing.
Fix bugs
The main bug i saw was that if the player gets hit by the bounding box of a bullet, which is a huge square then it counts the bullet as hitting him. I think it's something to do with using HitArea instead of HitTest in the actionscript.
