Now was'nt that touching? Very good story, seems to have been taken straight out of my grandmother book of stories. The handmaid drawings that you used for the background gave it a great style supporting the story. Very well animated, kudos to that.
The only thing I would like to suggest is that you sould take more pauses between the lines of the monologue, it would help point out certain elements that your trying to show the viewer.

I saw this suggestion several times- I'll have to work on my timing a bit- I guess I saw it so many times whilst editing I didn';t think it would go by too fast.

that was a very nice animation. the plotline 'might' be primarily for children, but i enjoyed this one. nice drawings, good audio, a nice story and concept to it, good entertainment and it was a very nice change from some of the other kinds of animations and game you see on here.
great job on this one, glad to see it on the NG front page and win an award.

This is a very beatiful story, some of the animation could have been more fluid here, but the drawings simple charm fit the story very well, and I really enjoyed hearing this one, also it really is a very important commentary on life especially for those who have become lost in their own possessions forgetting what really matters.
I never thought a flash with a name as simple as "Samantha" could be so good. Maybe I just love this because I love cats so much. This was really a cute story. I'm glad it wasn't cynical or anything. I was in fact expecting something bad at the end. I'm just used to that on the Internet.
The narration was wonderful. People should make more sweet stuff like this. It even got more elaborate as it went on. It was a little too long, though. It's not a complicated story.
