Reviews for "I love you, but..."

WOW!

Really good - this is the type of thing I wanna see on Newgrounds!
Hope this gets front page

finefin responds:

It doesn't have to be frontpage as long as i made you happy. thanks for your "wow" ;)

I love this flash budda dunno why =D

The song was somehow very catchy, must've been the awesome beat. I liked the way you combined the two question marks to make a heart.

Anyways, this was very smooth and the animation went well with the song, so my final score is...

5/5 and favorites.

finefin responds:

5/5 and favorites? nice! thanks!

very nice

This is the first video that I liked and talking abot love, altho hilarious at first I watched it again with some seriousness, and you could actualy give this to youre girlfriend very nice video. I cant top off the guy that reviewed this before me of course but im just saying what I personnaly thought of this video.

very nice good graphics nice use of stuff eye butts and all that, to be honest I cant really find any downside to this vid I really liked it, cant say much more. Keep up the good work.

pretty good

i thought you did good, pretty odd, but your drawings might compete with joe-cartoon. :P my opinion.

finefin responds:

your opinion is appreciated :D

I like it.

At first, I thought it was going to be a short, stupidly-repetitive thing, but as it went on, I liked it more and more. I like the use of the text, and the way the words played off of each other like they did.

I think the flash really took off after the 2 question marks formed the heart. Afterwards, it was much more creative, with the eye and the butts and whatnot.

What I would suggest is that you add more to the very beginning. It wasn't very interesting, since the guy just did one movement, the lyrics hadn't kicked up yet, and it didn't really draw me in until later. Some people might even give up on watching the whole thing just because the beginning is too slow for them, since attention spans are in low supply on the internet. Spice up the beginning to help hook the viewer, so they watch the rest of it, which is where it really gets good. I hope you do more like this in the future.

finefin responds:

I want to thank you for this detailed and fair review -- I'm happy that you like my flash! So.. yeah.. Thank you very much!
